Deborah Reuben, CLFP, is CEO and Founder of TomorrowZone®, a consulting firm helping leaders shape the future through bold strategy, human-centered innovation, and emerging technology insight. With over two decades of experience in equipment finance and software, Deb is recognized as a trailblazer for making complex technology approachable and sparking real-world transformation.

Motivated by rapidly advancing technology and evolving customer expectations, Deborah launched TomorrowZone to challenge short-term, tech-first thinking and inspire breakthroughs that shape the future.
Deborah is the author of the Certified Leasing and Finance Professionals’ Handbook (6th–10th editions) and a key collaborator in modernizing industry education. Deborah currently serves on the Board of Directors for the CLFP Foundation. Previously, she served on the ELFA Board of Directors and the Monitor Editorial Advisory Board. She also founded the ELFA Innovation Advisory Council and led innovation roundtables to help business leaders stay ahead of emerging trends.
Deborah’s leadership has earned national recognition, including being named to Monitor’s 2025 Most Influential People in Equipment Finance in the category of Creating Change and Innovation. Her honors also include the CLFP Foundation Cindy Spurdle Award of Excellence, the ELFA Michael J. Fleming Distinguished Service Award, the Monitor 2024 Converge Award for Innovation, and more.
